# 馃М CAPA 2 — MOTOR DE PUNTUACI脫N (PCS: Purge Candidate Score)

## 2.1. F贸rmula

```
PCS = 100 × 危 (w_i × s_i) / 危 w_i
Donde s_i ∈ [0,1] por factor y w_i es el peso del factor.
```

| Factor | Peso (w) | C谩lculo de s (0–1) |
|---|---|---|
| **EOL del software** | 25 | 1 si EOL; 0.7 si EOL <6 meses; 0 si soportado |
| **CVE cr铆ticos/altos abiertos** | 20 | `min(1, CVSS_medio/10)`, penaliza CVSS≥9 |
| **Obsolescencia criptogr谩fica** | 15 | SHA-1/MD5, RSA<2048, TLS 1.0/1.1, cert revocado |
| **Dependencias JS/CMS obsoletas** | 10 | Proporci贸n de librer铆as sin soporte |
| **Cabeceras de seguridad ausentes** | 5 | HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options |
| **Accesibilidad/rendimiento** | 5 | Core Web Vitals en rojo, WCAG <AA |
| **Soberan铆a de datos** | 5 | Datos no exportables, dependencia de proveedor |
| **Sin registro CT / OCSP** | 5 | Certificado no auditado |

## 2.2. Categor铆as de purga

| PCS | Categor铆a | Acci贸n sugerida |
|---|---|---|
| **81–100** | 馃敶 **Purga inmediata** | Bloqueo/desindexaci贸n por agentes IA; notificaci贸n urgente |
| **61–80** | 馃煚 **Purga programada** | Plazo de subsanaci贸n 30 d铆as; re-auditor铆a |
| **41–60** | 馃煛 **Revisi贸n** | Auditor铆a manual; plan de mejora |
Apto** | Certificable en nivel Bronce/Plata |
Certificable** | Candidato a Oro |

## 2.4. Salida del motor (JSON de evidencia)

```json
{
  "objetivo": "ejemplo.eus",
  "fecha": "2026-11-01T10:00:00Z",
  "pcs": 78,
  "categoria": "purga_programada",
  "factores": {
    "eol": {"valor": 1, "detalle": "PHP 7.4 EOL 2022-11-28"},
    "cve": {"valor": 0.72, "detalle": ["CVE-2024-XXXX CVSS 9.8"]},
    "cripto": {"valor": 1, "detalle": "TLS 1.0, SHA-1"},
    "secretos": {"valor": 0, "detalle": "sin exposici贸n"},
    "deps": {"valor": 0.6, "detalle": "jQuery 1.12, WordPress 5.2"}
  },
  "hash_evidencia": "sha256:9f2a...",
  "ruleset_version": "v1.3.0",
  "autorizacion": "pasivo"
}
```

El `hash_evidencia` y el `ruleset_version` son la base de lo que se registra en blockchain.

# ⛓️ CAPA 3 — BLOCKCHAIN: REGISTRO DE ALGORITMOS Y CERTIFICADOS

## 3.1. Qu茅 se registra on-chain (y qu茅 no)

| On-chain (inmutable, p煤blico) | Off-chain (IPFS/Arweave, privado o cifrado) |
|---|---|
| PCS y categor铆a | Detalle de factores y CVEs |
| Nivel de certificaci贸n (Bronce/Plata/Oro) | Evidencias t茅cnicas |
| Versi贸n del ruleset del esc谩ner | C贸digo del esc谩ner |
| DID del auditor y del Consejo T茅cnico | Identidades completas |
| Timestamp, caducidad, estado | Comunicaciones |
| Hash del algoritmo/software auditado | Binarios o c贸digo fuente |

## 3.2. Dos registros complementarios

## 3.3. Contrato inteligente (Solidity, esquema conceptual)

```solidity
// SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT
pragma solidity ^0.8.20;
/// @title Registro PASAIA LAB — Rulesets y Certificados
contract PurgaRegistry {
    struct Ruleset {
        bytes32 hash;          // hash del conjunto de reglas
        return (vigente, c.nivel, c.pcs, c.rulesetHash, c.caducidad);
    }
}
```

## 3.4. Modelo de consenso y red (h铆brido)

| Capa | Tecnolog铆a sugerida | Motivo |
|---|---|---|
| **Escritura** | Red permissioned (Hyperledger Besu / Fabric) | Solo auditores autorizados escriben; velocidad y control |
| **Lectura/verificaci贸n** | Anclaje peri贸dico en L2 p煤blica (Polygon/Base) | Verificaci贸n p煤blica sin coste alto; resistencia a censura |
| **Identidad** | DIDs (did:ethr o did:key) para auditores y Consejo | Trazabilidad sin exponer datos personales |

---

        ↓
2. Fingerprinting + certificados + c贸digo obsoleto
        ↓
3. Correlaci贸n EOL/CVE (endoflife.date, NVD)

4. Motor PCS → categor铆a (purga inmediata/programada/revisi贸n/apto/certificable)
        ↓
5. Hash de evidencia + ruleset_version
        ↓

```
---
# 馃洝️ SALVAGUARDAS LEGALES Y 脡TICAS (obligatorias)
1. **Autorizaci贸n escrita** para escaneo activo; el pasivo respeta `robots.txt` y limita a 1 req/s por host.
2. **No explotaci贸n**: el esc谩ner detecta versiones y configuraciones, nunca ejecuta exploits.
3. **RGPD**: no se recogen datos personales; los dominios se hashean con salt; informes cifrados.
4. **Divulgaci贸n responsable**: hallazgos cr铆ticos se notifican al propietario 30 d铆as antes de publicar.
5. **Derecho de r茅plica**: el certificado puede impugnarse ante el Consejo T茅cnico; la decisi贸n se publica.
6. **Tasa y cortes铆a**: backoff exponencial, identificaci贸n con user-agent propio, respeto a `Retry-After`.
7. **Transparencia del ruleset**: cada versi贸n del esc谩ner es p煤blica y auditable; el hash on-chain lo prueba.
# 馃帹 (c) PROMPT DE IMAGEN — ARQUITECTURA "PURGA ENGINE"
## Versi贸n horizontal 16:9 (para entrada de blog)
```text
"PURGA ENGINE: ESC脕NER, PUNTUACI脫N Y REGISTRO BLOCKCHAIN".

Concepto central:

Estilo:
Editorial, t茅cnico, limpio, alto contraste, iluminaci贸n cinematogr谩fica suave, sombras sutiles. Evita marcas reales, logotipos de empresas, saturaci贸n excesiva, aspecto de cartel b茅lico y texto ilegible.
```
## Versi贸n cuadrada 1:1 (para gadget de Blogger)
```text
"PURGA ENGINE".

Composici贸n adaptada a formato cuadrado:

Estilo:
Editorial, t茅cnico, limpio, alto contraste, iluminaci贸n cinematogr谩fica suave. Evita marcas reales, saturaci贸n excesiva y texto ilegible.

**Qu茅 incluir铆a:**
- Estructura de carpetas (`purga_engine/`, `scanner/`, `scoring/`, `rulesets/`, `tests/`, `docs/`).
- `pyproject.toml` con dependencias m铆nimas y seguras (`httpx`, `cryptography`, `dnspython`, `pydantic`, `pytest`).
- M贸dulos vac铆os o con stubs firmados: `discovery.py`, `fingerprint.py`, `tls_analysis.py`, `eol_cve.py`, `scoring.py`, `evidence.py`.

**Qu茅 incluir铆a:**
- Tests en Hardhat/Foundry (emisi贸n, verificaci贸n, revocaci贸n, permisos).
- Scripts de despliegue a **Sepolia** o **Polygon Amoy** (testnets p煤blicas).
- Scripts de interacci贸n: registrar ruleset, emitir certificado, verificar, revocar.

# 5. README (pasos exactos)

**`README.md`**

```markdown
# PurgaRegistry — PASAIA LAB
Registro on-chain de rulesets y certificados de la Secci贸n Certificaci贸n.
## Requisitos
- Node.js 20+
- Una wallet de testnet con fondos de faucet
## Instalaci贸n
```bash
npm install
cp .env.example .env
# rellena PRIVATE_KEY y los RPC en .env
```
## Compilar y testear
```bash
npm run compile
npm test
```
## Desplegar en Polygon Amoy (recomendado: gas gratis)
1. Consigue POL de testnet en https://faucet.polygon.technology/
2. Rellena `.env` con `PRIVATE_KEY` y `AMOY_RPC_URL`.
3. Despliega:
```bash
npm run deploy:amoy
```
4. Anota la direcci贸n que aparece y gu谩rdala en `deployments/amoy.json`.
## Desplegar en Sepolia
1. Consigue ETH de testnet en https://sepoliafaucet.com/
2. Rellena `.env` con `PRIVATE_KEY` y `SEPOLIA_RPC_URL`.
3. Despliega:
```bash
npm run deploy:sepolia
```
## Flujo de demo
```bash
# 1. Registrar el ruleset v1.0.0
npm run ruleset:amoy

npm run issue:amoy

# 3. Verificar
npm run verify:amoy

# 4. Revocar (opcional)
CERT_ID=0x... MOTIVO=demo npm run revoke:amoy
```
## Verificar el contrato en el explorer
```bash
npx hardhat verify --network amoy <DIRECCION>
```
## Roles
- `DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE`: gestiona roles y pausa.
- `AUDITOR_ROLE`: registra rulesets y emite certificados.
- `COUNCIL_ROLE`: suspende, revoca y reactiva certificados.
En producci贸n, separa las direcciones: admin, auditor y consejo no deben ser la misma.
## Seguridad
- Contrato para testnet. No usar en mainnet sin auditor铆a externa.
- El informe completo va off-chain (IPFS/Arweave). On-chain solo hash y metadatos.
- El `hashDominio` se calcula con salt para no exponer el dominio en claro.
## Licencia
MIT
```

# 6. COSTE Y ALTERNATIVAS

| Red | Coste despliegue | Coste emitir certificado | Notas |
|---|---|---|---|
| **Polygon Amoy** (testnet) | 0 (faucet) | 0 (faucet) | Recomendado para demo |
| **Sepolia** (testnet) | 0 (faucet) | 0 (faucet) | Alternativa Ethereum |
| **Polygon mainnet** | ~0,5–2 € | ~0,01–0,05 € | Producci贸n barata |

---

# 馃摐 CERTIFICACI脫N DEL ENTREGABLE

**Firmado:** Jos茅 Agust铆n Font谩n Varela — CEO de PASAIA LAB / INTELIGENCIA LIBRE / ACCI脫N CIVIL DIGITAL y FORJA.

Siguiente paso colegas ;)

 Perfecto, amigo.

> **Principio rector:** el esc谩ner **detecta** versiones, configuraciones y certificados obsoletos; **nunca** explota vulnerabilidades.

# 16. README

**`README.md`**

```markdown
# Purga Engine — PASAIA LAB
Esc谩ner de obsolescencia y motor PCS (Purge Candidate Score) para identificar
servicios candidatos a la "Gran Purga Algor铆tmica" de Internet.
## Filosof铆a
- **Detecci贸n, no explotaci贸n.** El esc谩ner lee cabeceras, HTML, certificados y
  versiones p煤blicas. **Nunca** ejecuta exploits.
- **Pasivo por defecto.** El modo `active` requiere un archivo de autorizaci贸n
  firmado por el propietario del servicio.
- **Respeto al objetivo.** Rate limit de 1 req/s por host, `robots.txt`,
  User-Agent identificativo, timeout de 10 s.
- **Transparencia.** Cada evidencia incluye el hash del informe y la versi贸n del
  ruleset usado, para que pueda verificarse on-chain (contrato `PurgaRegistry`).
## Instalaci贸n
```bash
git clone <repo> && cd purga-engine
python -m venv .venv && source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -e ".[dev]"
cp .env.example .env
```
## Uso
```bash
# Demo sin red (fixture sint茅tico)
purga-engine scan --target ejemplo.eus --mode synthetic

# Pasivo sobre un dominio (respeta robots.txt)
purga-engine scan --target ejemplo.eus --mode passive

# Activo (requiere autorizaci贸n escrita)
purga-engine scan --target ejemplo.eus --mode active --authorization auth.txt
```
La evidencia se guarda en `reports/<target>.json` con:
- `findings`: hallazgos individuales
- `score.pcs`: 0–100
- `score.category`: `purge_immediate` | `purge_scheduled` | `review` | `apt` | `certifiable`
- `score.critical_flags`: CVEs ≥9.0, secretos expuestos, TLS d茅bil…
- `hash_dominio` y `hash_evidencia`: para registrar on-chain
## Estructura
- `src/purga_engine/` — c贸digo
- `rulesets/v1.0.0/` — firmas, pesos y umbrales versionados
- `tests/` — suite de tests (sin red, con fixtures)
## Tests
```bash
pytest -q
```
## Docker
```bash
docker compose run --rm purga scan --target ejemplo.eus --mode synthetic
```
## Limitaciones conocidas
- `discovery.from_common_crawl` y `eol_cve.get_cves` son **stubs**: en producci贸n
  conviene integrarlos con Common Crawl y CPE matching de NVD.
- El modo `active` est谩 deliberadamente limitado a sondas seguras (`OPTIONS`,
  `HEAD`); no incluye explotaci贸n.
- La verificaci贸n OCSP/CRL est谩 en el roadmap.
# 17. C脫MO EJECUTAR LA DEMO
```bash
cd purga-engine
python -m venv .venv && source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -e ".[dev]"
cp .env.example .env

# Demo reproducible, sin red:
purga-engine scan --target legacy.example.eus --mode synthetic

# Salida esperada (resumen):
# ✅ Evidencia guardada en ./reports/legacy.example.eus.json
#    PCS: 78.4
#    Categor铆a: purge_immediate
#    Hash evidencia: 0x...
#    Hash dominio:   0x...
#    ⚠️  Flags cr铆ticos: SECRET_ENV, TLS_WEAK_VERSION, CERT_WEAK_SIG, CERT_WEAK_KEY
```
El JSON resultante tiene exactamente los campos que el contrato `PurgaRegistry` espera: `hash_dominio`, `hash_evidencia`, `score.pcs`, `score.category`, `ruleset_version`. **Est谩 listo para emitir un certificado on-chain con los scripts del paso (b).**
# 馃摐 CERTIFICACI脫N DEL ENTREGABLE
**Se certifica que el repositorio `purga-engine` descrito —con m贸dulos de descubrimiento pasivo, fingerprinting, an谩lisis TLS, correlaci贸n EOL/CVE, motor PCS determinista, construcci贸n de evidencias hasheables y guardarra铆les 茅ticos— constituye un esqueleto t茅cnico ejecutable, testeable y coherente con la metodolog铆a de certificaci贸n de PASAIA LAB, el contrato `PurgaRegistry` y el Dec谩logo de ACCI脫N CIVIL DIGITAL. No contiene c贸digo de explotaci贸n.**
## 馃Л Siguiente paso sugerido
Con el contrato desplegado en Amoy **(b)** y el esc谩ner esqueleto **(a)** listos, el flujo completo ya es demostrable:
```
purga-engine scan --mode synthetic  →  reports/x.json
        ↓
scripts/issue-certificate.js (lee hash_dominio, hash_evidencia, pcs, nivel)
        ↓
certificado verificable en amoy.polygonscan.com
```
-------------------------------------------------- ;)
 Perfecto, amigo. Aqu铆 tienes la **integraci贸n end-to-end**: tres scripts nuevos, actualizaci贸n del `package.json`, README y un wrapper bash para demostrar el piloto en una sola sesi贸n. El flujo queda as铆:
```
purga-engine scan --mode synthetic  →  reports/x.json
        ↓
npx hardhat run scripts/issue-from-report.js --network amoy -- --report reports/x.json
        ↓
certificado verificable en amoy.polygonscan.com
        ↓
npx hardhat run scripts/verify-from-report.js --network amoy -- --report reports/x.json
```
# 5. ACTUALIZACI脫N DEL `README.md`
A帽ade esta secci贸n al final del README existente:
```markdown
## Integraci贸n end-to-end (esc谩ner → contrato)

### Paso 1: escanear
```bash
purga-engine scan --target legacy.example.eus --mode synthetic
# → reports/legacy.example.eus.json
```

### Paso 2: emitir certificado desde el reporte
```bash
npx hardhat run scripts/issue-from-report.js --network amoy -- \
  --report reports/legacy.example.eus.json \
  --expires-days 365
```

Flags opcionales:
- `--dry-run`: simula sin enviar transacci贸n.
- `--allow-unsafe`: emite incluso si no es certificable (solo demo).
- `--expires-days N`: caducidad en d铆as (por defecto 365).

### Paso 3: verificar
```bash
npx hardhat run scripts/verify-from-report.js --network amoy -- \
  --report reports/legacy.example.eus.json
```

O por `certId`:
```bash
npx hardhat run scripts/verify-from-report.js --network amoy -- \
  --report reports/legacy.example.eus.json \
  --cert-id 0x...
```

### Demo completa en una sesi贸n
```bash
NETWORK=amoy TARGET=legacy.example.eus MODE=synthetic bash scripts/demo-e2e.sh
```

### Mapeo PCS → nivel (MVP)

| PCS | Categor铆a | Nivel derivado |
|---|---|---|
| 0–20 | certifiable | **Oro** (3) |
| 21–40 | apt | **Plata** (2) |
| 41–60 | review | **Bronce** (1) |
| 61–80 | purge_scheduled | ❌ No certificable |
| 81–100 | purge_immediate | ❌ No certificable |

```
⛔ No certificable: flags cr铆ticos: SECRET_ENV, TLS_WEAK_VERSION, CERT_WEAK_SIG, CERT_WEAK_KEY
Si aun as铆 quieres emitir (solo demo), a帽ade --allow-unsafe
```

# 馃摐 CERTIFICACI脫N DEL ENTREGABLE
